Congress Consultants B.V. have contracted Toles to handle hotel accommodation for the 6^th South Eastern European Meeting (SEEM).
Hotel rooms in different hotel categories and within easy reach of the congress venue have been blocked for the meeting. The incoming housing requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important: Since Istanbul is highly visited, the hotels are often fully booked, we recommend the participants to make their reservation as soon as possible.

To make a hotel reservation, click here. Since Istanbul is highly visited, the hotels are often fully booked, we recommend you to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. Toles Event & Congress will do its utmost to meet participants requirements but cannot guarantee availability. Rooms will be allocated and confirmed on a first come first served basis.

Reservation and payment
For hotel bookings, full payment of the nights reserved is required. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the payment that can be done by credit card or bank transfer. All extra expenses such as mini bar and telephone must be paid directly to the hotel when checking out.
